Summer sleeping can be quite the challenge, especially if you don’t have A/C or you’re frugal about how much energy you use to keep your bills down. Laying there in a hot, sweaty bed is no fun, and if you share your bed with someone else the additional body heat can make you downright miserable.
The folks over at the Sleep Matters Club have put together a handy infographic with some excellent tips on how to stay cool in bed. They range from the obvious (use a fan to increase air circulation, open windows to create a cross-breeze) to the more inspired (hanging a hammock in your room, going “Egyptian style”).
